Referrals are the core of the Sales Crew business. This is your source of income.

Your income could be derived from your own personal referrals to our Partner Suppliers, or from referrals passed onto Suppliers by your own team of Crew members.

For those of you who choose to market to Suppliers, and bring them on board as members –  you will earn  5% of all commission paid by these Suppliers to Sales Crew!

How do you find referrals?

There is no secret formula. All that is required is that you need to keep your eyes and ears open for opportunities.

When socializing, listen to what people are saying. Listen for possible buying signals such as – expressing a need for a particular product or service eg. I want to trade-in my car; or my lease expires in 2 months and I need to find a new home; or I want to get the latest HP laptop at the end of the month….

If they mention a problem that they are having, think of our Suppliers. Which Suppliers may have a solution for their problem. Perhaps he is unhappy with the service he received from the previous supplier. This is a tell-tale sign that this person is open to recommendations to a new Supplier. Eg. His insurance broker ripped him off, or is unreliable.

By listening carefully to what people are saying, and focusing on wants or needs they express, you will be able to pick up lead-generation opportunities for partner Suppliers. Every time you are communicating with people, in the back of your mind you need to be thinking – “Does this person have any wants or needs that I can help him with!” or “Does this person have a problem that 1 of our Suppliers has a solution for?”

All you are doing is assisting people to satisfy their wants and needs, and assisting them to solve their problems – and by helping, you are going to earn money!

Once I have identified a want or need or problem – what do I do next?

All you do is say the following –

“(His/her name) – I have a very reputable business that can help you with what you need. I will ask them to give you a call and take care of you. I can assure you that they will give you great service, and will give you a good deal! And there will be no obligation to buy from them. If you are happy with everything, and do business with them – you can buy me a coffee or beer to thank me for my recommendation. Is that fair?”

Remember – with Sales Crew you are not selling anything! You don’t have to know anything about the product or service. All you are doing is referring potential clients to a Supplier. The Supplier is an expert in his/her field, and they will do the selling!

It is very important to regularly visit your back office and familiarize yourself with all the Suppliers in your area. This will assist you with matching up prospective clients for Suppliers.

If you come across any wants or needs that there is no Supplier in your area to refer your person to, then it is an opportunity for you to find a Supplier that can assist, and get them to join Sales Crew as a Partner Supplier!
